During conferences, annual meetings, sales meetings, seminars, workshops etc. in Finland, Lapland, Baltic States, St. Petersburg, Netherlands, Spain, Geneva, Vienna and many other destinations in the world.

Meeting rooms will be available for use when promised and set up to your specifications prior to the start of your meeting.

Refreshment breaks will be set up as agreed and delivered on time.

Audio and visual equipment will be in excellent working order.

Designated staff with strong time-management skills will be assigned to your meeting in order to assist you or your client throughout
